Artist/CD Information Franklyn Schaefer's debut CD titled: "Keep On Smiling" is a compilation of ten contemporary country songs that speak of important issues in his life and his religious beliefs, and portray them in such a beautiful way. Schaefer portrays similar lyrical issues as those of Alan Jackson and Phil Vassar but expresses them uniquely—both musically and vocally.
Franklyn Schaefer's legal name is Frank Schaefer; he was
born and raised in Wuppertal, Germany, and
immigrated to the United States in 1990. Following studies at

several United Methodist churches, all in Pennsylvania and also worked as a
resident chaplain at the
Penn State Milton
Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA (2001/02). Rev. Schaefer is
presently serving the Iona United Methodist
Church in Iona, PA.
