Pop-country artist, Franklyn Schaefer will be sworn in as a US citizen on May 1, 2008 in the Lebanon County Courthouse.

Born and raised in Germany's Rhineland, Franklyn S. immigrated to the United States in the 1990.  His music offers a unique pop-country style often influenced by German folk.
